Through this web site, www.hextabledance.com you can book online and pay (Paypal) with any credit or debit card 24 hours a day.

By Post, Fax and Email
Please write making sure you clearly state the event you are booking for, its time and date(s), the number of bookings requested and the total amount to pay. You name, address and contact telephone number are also essential details.
(for postal bookings only, if you do not include a SAE, your tickets will be held at our box office for collection by you with proof of ID.)

Booking fees
All bookings made online, by phone, fax or email are subject to a £1 booking fee. There is no booking fee if tickets are booked in person at Hextable Dance or by post.

Reservations and Refunds
Reservations can only be held for 24 hours. All reserved tickets must be paid for after this time or will be deleted. Tickets will not be refunded once paid for.

Hextable Dance’s management reserve the right to alter or cancel the programme without prior notice. Latecomers are admitted at the discretion of the duty manager. Please be aware that we are in a residential area and leave the premises quietly
